How does parking work?

Enjoy the convenience of parking right in front of the house on a pristine grassy area, strategically located to ensure your vehicle is out of the way yet easily accessible. Parking attendants are provided to provide direction.

Dog Friendly?

We welcome your furry friends to join you, as we are dog-friendly! To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all dogs be kept on a leash.

How does Bradshaw-Duncan House deal with bad weather?

In the event of rain, we’re here to ensure your plans remain seamless. We can discuss a backup plan that includes our fully enclosed tent with sidewalls, along with alternative options for your cocktail hour and ceremony. For added comfort, we offer heaters for cooler days and fans for warmer ones. Your perfect day, rain or shine, is our priority

Is Bradshaw-Duncan House ADA accessible?

We are proud to be handicap accessible, featuring dedicated ramps and a spacious restroom designed for comfort and ease. Your convenience and safety are our top priorities, ensuring a welcoming experience for all our guests!

Will Bradshaw-Duncan House have staff onsite for my event?

Our dedicated staff is onsite throughout the day to ensure the beauty and comfort of the house. We meticulously maintain clean and well-stocked restrooms and are always available to assist with any questions you may have. Your experience is our priority!

Are there any added fees?

Your caterer will add a 10% Facility Fee to your bill. They will pay us the 10%. This allows us to provide a prep space for them as well as supplies.

As of January 1st, 2023 all venues are required to charge 6% Sales Tax on the total venue cost.
